• Entrants must be over 18 to enter
• By completing and submitting this form online at www.ambassadorcruiseline.com/competitions/vodafone/ only you are agreeing to allow Ambassador Cruise Line to include your submission within the prize draw.
• You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
• The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
• The closing date you must enter by is: 23:59 on 29th September 2024. No entries will be accepted after the deadline, it is your responsibility to make sure entries arrive on time.
• The prize will be drawn at random performed by a computer process and supervised by an independent persona after the closing dates stated above. The winner will be notified via email up to 10 working days after the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification email being sent then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Ambassador will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
• Prize is for up to two adults (over 18 years) sharing one Oceanview cabin on cruise A12426 departing on 15th December 2024 from London Cruise Terminal.
• Prize includes one Oceanview cabin accommodation and full board.
• If category is not available winner can pay the difference to upgrade to a higher category or accept a lower category on their cruise of choice, no cash alternative or refund if a lower category is chosen.
• The prize excludes: travel insurance; travel joining costs to the cruise terminal/port; port parking; onboard expenditure of a personal nature i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, communications etc; any visa & health certificate charges that may apply; and crew gratuities which will be automatically billed to your onboard account at £7pp per night unless you opt for a drinks package.
• The prize is as described, is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• The entry criteria will be to complete the entry form in full and abide by these T&Cs;
• The winner and guest must all hold a valid passport and comprehensive travel insurance with COVID-19 cover. Exemptions apply. It is the winner’s responsibility to check any visa and health requirements for the cruise.
• Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
