A Review after we have done the Cruise.

I had looked at this cruise a number of times and arranged to have the brochure sent to me I was amazed at the variety of cruises on offer. I am now looking forward the Christmas cruise. Booking online was extremely easy. My wife Christ. and I are now enjoying looking through possible future cruises.

I booked on-line, it was easy and well-explained. I used Ambassador to go to Ireland for a week last Spring so know how good they were. The entertainment and food were exceptional. The staff were super friendly. I have now booked to go to Northern Europe - somewhere I have never been before, wonderful cities like Helsinki and Stockholm, everything organised for you then to be brought back to the comfort of the ship.

Original booking on the teleohone was straightforward and pleasant. In making plans for transport to Dundee we just wondered why there is no provision of a shuttle bus from Dundee Station to the cruise terminal just like there is at Tyne Tees. It is not as busy a station but would enable an easier journey from arrivals from the South ,North and West areas. This is a digression from the service we received but is part of the problems we have in making sure we have no problems in getting to the port of Dundee. The parking charge is now quite steep for Dundee and that and the drive rules out us from using our car.
