Have just got my upgrade from deck 8 to deck 10

Excellent communication, knowledgeable staff, easy to contact

had a great time with Andrew & sorry forgot name of the girl, they couldn't do enough for us as my husband finds it had to walk to far on our walk about to see the ship, & waited we us & couple of others at the lifts. they answered everybody's questions. the only thing I could fault is you could not book with them perhaps when you depart the ship there could be somewhere. rang Michelle & she was star which Andrew did help with.

Very helpful staff when I booked direct and was very happy and helpful to meet how needs during booking and gave us the best deal available. Plus very happy that we have just be given a free upgrade in cabin thank you.

I booked online which was fine but there seemed to have been a technical issue at your end when trying to complete and to get on to My Sailing.

The lady was informative, helpful. The booking of my cruise was quite straightforward.

I didn't receive any service from a human being, as is the way of things today you can only interact with a machine, McDonalds, KFC, Burger King.

Service was quick . Only downside you get 10% of I have a blue light card which gives me 10% off . Was told can't use onboard contact sales team Sales team say can only use when booking . So been done out of 10% discount .

I was unlucky perhaps but trying to book was not easy at all. Computer system appeared to be not working very well so it took a lot longer to book than it should have done. It appeared to be that the booking was done remotely (ie at someone’s home). Then I never received booking confirmation so had to chase it up as I was concerned and even then I did not receive the email so the confirmation was finally attached to my email and sent as a ‘reply’ I do not fault the staff at all as they were all helpful and polite.

Booked it on line which was easy but I had no interaction with any booking staff.
