WATCH OUT! Hidden costs. Started online booking got a price we were happy with but it was not clear if cabins were suitable for our needs. We then telephoned, spoke to a very helpfulful person, great. Until the final price! Different to online!! Around £200 more expensive!!! It turned out that price for cruise (great) and explorer drinks package work out more expensive if you book on the telephone. Happy to say the person price matched the online price but had to go away and get help to do so. WATCH OUT! hidden costs.

Online booking form not comprehensive enough. Nowhere to remove guaranteed cabin consent, or to request table size or sitting.

Responses via e-mail are extremely quick. Awesome! Booking process is straight but keeps some secrets which are solved later. Service for foreign guests could be better. As guests are may be not native speakers there is a lot to read and understand when you are cruising with a new company for the first time. Even for really experienced cruisers.

Outstanding service from Ambassador once again. Second cruise booked for this year. Referred my sister and we both got onboard credit. It’s so easy to book. Find your cruise, choose your cabin, tap a few buttons and within minutes it’s all completed. Biggest challenge was deciding which cruise to choose.

Booking very quick and easy ,if the actual cruise is has good as the booking process then I will probably give a favorable review.

Great service on phone. Did not realise however until after I had paid deposit that I could not book a table for two for evening meals. Been on over 20 cruises always in a suite and have never once had to share a table. This needs looking at or this cruise will be my last with Ambassador.

This is my 3rd booking with Ambassador I prefer to ring and book, the lady who took my call was friendly and very helpful and the booking was very thorough and stress free. Now looking forward to getting on board Ambition and enjoy our cruise.
