Booking was easy the website no problem to navigate just waiting for the cruise now

We booked early and chose for an upgrade as usual. But Ambassador changed its policy and is now selling sea view cabins for 200 pounds less than we paid for our inside cabins. So no, I can't recommend ambassador anymore.

Was not able to give me my BLC discount after I booked, less than 24 hours later, because I forgot at the time of booking

Very easy website to use. Had our first cruise with Ambassador last year. Loved the ship. Staff and entertainment are excellent. Food was wonderful. There will be many more cruises with them.

Pretty straightforward although could not understand discount system. No solo supplement ? but not on all rooms the less expensive inside cabin cost more than an ocean vie ?
