Staff on the boat really friendly. Food amazing. The whole process from booking to disembarkation was very smooth. I go every year and would recommend to everyone.

I made a mistake with my booking, I booked the wrong dates . After phoning guest services it was all corrected there and then . Great service

Very engaging and friendly staff who understood my requirements

When our choice of cabins were already taken they spent time to find the most suitable 3 cabins for our family group. Whilst the ship is usually adults only, they will be putting on child friendly activities for this cruise - ideal for our grandchildren.

I was having difficulty booking online so used the chat box to reach out....and sure enough a nice lady called laura booked my cruise for me! It's not till march 2027...but very excited .

Initially the first call was excellent. Had some problems paying balance but finally overcome.

I tried to contact Ambassador by phone to check the details of the itinerary. Due to 'high call volumes', I was unable to speak to anybody and requested a call back. This was promised within 2 working hours but never came. I left it for a few days thinking to give up on the idea. When I checked the website again, I noticed the error in the itinerary had been corrected so I went ahead and booked online. This was fairly easy except for difficulty in entering our dates of birth. Hopefully the customer service will improve.

I have been on Ambassador cruise 4 times this year. Just booked this 5th one which is a 45- days trip to Caribbean. Ambassador is my favourite cruise company. From booking to boarding and all experience on board are excellent! 10 out of 10 . I also booked 5 more future cruise trips for the next 2 years .
