Professional and friendly - the agent was helpful and dealt with a fairly simple booking swiftly and accurately. We have travelled with Ambassador previously and this felt like dealing with a friend, rather than just a cruise holiday booking.

Ambassador is a cruise line that gives value for money and has staff that seem to enjoy their work. The ships are a nice size without all the glits and glamour and retains the traditional cruise atmosphere.

Up to now I had a excellent service, booking my cruise holidays.

Excellent, no problems. One issue, it's not immediately obvious that if one already has an Ambassador account, I have to physically add the latest booking to that account - I assumed that it would do this automatically on creating the booking.
