A22501TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Ambassador Guarantee is available to guests that have not previously cruised aboard Ambassador Cruise Line and are booking their first Ambassador cruise aboard Ambience or Ambition. To take advantage of the Guarantee you must state your intention to leave your cruise early and why to the Hotel Director during the first 24 hours of your cruise at the latest, for cruises of four nights or more. They will endeavour to resolve any issues within 24 hours from notification; if a solution cannot be agreed, Ambassador will cover costs for your return transport home at the next available port, and refund the fare that you have paid for your cruise and pro-rated drinks package costs (we will not refund any extra costs you have incurred on board of a personal nature i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, Spa, communications etc; port parking or travel costs to the terminal or for items not purchased directly through Ambassador such as overnight accommodation, travel insurance, Visa’s or health certificates). The Guarantee does not affect Ambassador’s standard booking conditions or pre-departure cancellation policy. Guarantee not available on Festive events or cruises under 4 nights. Not applicable to employees of Ambassador and their friends and family, suppliers, journalists, or any free prize award or concession booking.
*The promotional codes MAIL10 and MAIL5 cannot be combined with other charity/member/association/media or affiliate promotion codes or onboard future cruise offers. They may only be combined with an Ambassador Campaign Promotional code advertised on the Ambassador website. The promotional codes are not valid on Ambassador’s Festive Events, selected charters and cannot be used over Ambassador’s Black Friday promotional period. The promotional codes can only be used for new bookings only made directly on Ambassador’s website or through our call centre, they cannot be used for bookings made through travel agents or other third parties. MAIL10 Promotional code is valid on all new bookings from 7th September 2024 – 28th September 2024 closing at 23:59 for A12421 / A22431 / A22433 / A12427 / A12501 / A22501 sailings only. Extras not included: Travel insurance, travel costs to/from the port of embarkation, port parking, onboard gratuities and service charges where a package has not been purchased (automatically billed to the onboard account), optional shore excursions, discretionary expenditure of a personal nature including hot and cold alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, WIFI & communication, and any visa & health certificate charges that may apply. Ambassador Cruise Line reserves the right to cancel, change or amend any theme cruise activities/speakers/acts at short notice. In the event of your cruise being cancelled, you will be guaranteed a full refund.
