Service was quick . Only downside you get 10% of I have a blue light card which gives me 10% off . Was told can't use onboard contact sales team Sales team say can only use when booking . So been done out of 10% discount .

“Computer glitch perhaps”

I was unlucky perhaps but trying to book was not easy at all. Computer system appeared to be not working very well so it took a lot longer to book than it should have done. It appeared to be that the booking was done remotely (ie at someone’s home). Then I never received booking confirmation so had to chase it up as I was concerned and even then I did not receive the email so the confirmation was finally attached to my email and sent as a ‘reply’ I do not fault the staff at all as they were all helpful and polite.

The booking site is quite easy to negotiate. However, the parking was advertised as included in the booking price and yet when I entered the registration number for my car it tried to charge me a further £70 for parking....I now need to call the company to question this charge
