Excellent. I cannot fault it. The smaller Cruise Ships are more personal than the bigger Cruise Ships. You see people you meet sometimes 3 and 4 times a day. The service is very good. The Entertainment was excellent. The food was excellent. The bars were good. I have now booked 2 holidays with Ambassador and I with Ambience. The 2 Ambassador Cruise Ships can, and do, go to places that the big Cruise Ships can't. The Holiday prices are good, and competitive. The choice of holidays is also good. The only real issue was that there was not enough choice on the Television, especially, there was no music. Choice would have been nice. Smooth, Mellow Magic, Radio Two, and Radio Four. I hope that you agree to this positive criticism? It is my only real complaint. Also, all the Bars were good. With a good choice of Alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. All at an excellent price. Also, the choice of restaurants was excellent. Again, at excellent for value.

We had already booked our next cruise on board and when we got home wanted to add another to join us the person at the call centre was extremely helpful and was able to link our bookings so we will be able to be on the same table for meals. The whole process was fast and efficient.

Not whati have been used to in the past! Having booked this trip easily in 2024 i was paying the final payment for this cruise. As recommended l paid on line, I expected a brief acknowledgement of payment received with the invoice to follow with in 24 hours. Nothing! I spoke to new bookings 2 hours later to be told that there was no record of payment, and advised to talk to customer service, After 45 min in the queue l was told accounts were very busy, 5 minutes later I was advised of payment being received. Then advised I should receive confirmation within 24 to 48 hours. The bank showed money allocted from my account within 5 minutes@!

The booking service is straightforward and all the necessary steps are easy to follow. I was surprised to have to make two payments, one for a deposit and the second for the Victoria coach, when they could have been combined. Or may be I missed an option to do that.
