“Failure of payment software.”

Personnel were helpful, but took 8 attempts online to attempt to get your Company’s payment software to accept our NatWest bank account payment for the cruise. As the software would not work at the 8th attempt and after having spoken with my bank’s help desk and establishing no problem with payment at the bank end, I paid manually over the telephone by card!
