Very difficult to get through on phone. Hinton for 1 hour then was cut off. Then last week you cancelled as you had overbooked. As I am trying a cruise with friend through Ambassafor cruises before thinking of taking my Husband children and grandchildren for our 50th wedding anniversary. However on a brighter note you have give my friend and I an alternative and we sail for 1/2 price from Newcastle to Dundee. So perhaps can give a better feed back once we have experienced the cruise first gsnd

I have been unable to link this booking to my Ambassador online account. I contacted Ambassador customer services and they said to look it up tomorrow and see if it works? This is a late booking and I wanted to review trips and make plans for a cruise which is soon to happen. Without access to my booking via my account I am unable to do this. Dissapointed.

Spent 12 mins waiting to get answer. Service was helpful but a little stressed maybe under pressure. I was advised that the there was only the one available room available with my specifications having booked it there appears to be others still available. I was told no others were available.
