On Friday I was very disappointed with ambassador, unit today when I read an email from them. I tried to rebook the same cruise around the British islands. I was very surprised that cabins had become available. I booked straight away, I am so looking forward to this 12 nighter. Thanks ambassador team for all your efforts. Paul McIntyre

“Easy, straightforward and clear online, but guest phone service very busy”

This is our first ever cruise. Info was clear and the online booking process straightforward. Everything was there to allow us to arrange travel insurance. The only comment I have is that, having booked car parking at Tilbury, I changed my mind and booked coach transport instead online. This could only be done by paying more money as I could not unbook the parking online and therefore had to email guest services to get the cruise invoice adjusted as I was unable to get through by phone (busy). The flexibility of the online booking system could be improved to accommodate small changes like this

Very slow, while waiting for a phone line subjected to the most appalling music I have ever been forced to endure. I wondered if the type of music you offer is consistent with the type of tours you offer! Once through it was not too bad except I was put on hold while the operator disappeared for a few minutes for a while.
