She appreciated that the mid-ship cabin booking that I required, must be available for both cruises. Easy to book online although the system did not accept my DOB until 3td attempt. Not sure what was wrong. 'My Account' has been updated since I last booked. Can now book coaches to and from the port. The icons are easy to understand and completing information was straightforward. I was also able to book excursions onlne but will not be charged until the end of the cruise. I had to contact Guest Services to check coach times. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get through. Josh , the representative I spoke to, was very helpful and professional.
