Straightforward booking procedure.

Easy to access the information although I would have welcomed the chance to select a cabin.

Everything has been very easy so far. Good communication throughout the process has kept us up to date with what we needed to be doing before our cruise. There is a good range of shore excursions with descriptions of who they are suitable for. As our friend has mobility problem this was very useful and the trips were easy to book We were surprised with how quickly they were being booked. We received the email to say they were available for booking and within 2 hours some were showing limited places available. Fortunately by the time our travelling companions were available to make bookings the excursions we are interested in were all available and we were able to book each one on line, so we were sure to be on the same trip as our friends. We are looking forward to our June cruise.

A Great Booking Experience

We booked onboard with Gara on Ambition. She wasn't pushy, gave us time to think about it and was friendly and knowledgeable

Already answered this . I was very pleased by all staff I spoke to but did comment that elderly should be able to deal with bookings by phone and receive documents by post. I always have to rely on friends for assistance.. I realise firms already know this but press on regardless.

easy to book and a great offer too. Tilbury is the port for us to embark with great parking access short walk to check in is brilliant. always a great welcome when we arrive

Lovely reservation lady transferred me to CS and the lady there, Jayne, changed my booking with no problem. Can't fault their staff on land or sea!!
